Some of the types of personal information we may collect include but are not limited to: names, contact details, number of stays, special requests etc. We may collect data from our third party booking partners, chanel manager, or direct bookings. This could include but is not limited to emails, whatsapps, google docs and sheets. Financial information provided direct n this website will be procesed via stripe, further GDPR info for their practices can be found on their website. Further details can of our third party booking chanels can be found on the respective chanels used or banking website in the event of direct transactions.  We may process your personal information for payment, customisation of service, personalisation of content, business information or user experience, booking or account set up and administration, delivering marketing communication, providing goods and services • legal obligations (eg prevention of fraud) • meeting internal audit requirements, accountancy, general business requirements. Relevant processing conditions contained within the GDPR include contract, bookings, legitimate interests and  legal obligation. Individuals can of course withdraw and manage their consent. We will treat your personal data confidentially and will only disclose or share your information when necessary to provide your services or conduct business operations or to meet legal requiremets. We will ensure  the data is processed according to our privacy policy and the applicable law of the UK. We work exclusively with well known and reputable booking sites, partners, chanel managers, and other providers to ensure your data is safe and to minimise risk. We aim to keep your data for 6 years and dispose of information in accordance with current GDPR at that time. Under the GDPR, we respect the right of data subjects to access and control their personal data in relation to access of personal information, correction and deletion, withdrawal of consent (if processing data on condition of consent), data portability, restriction of processing and objection, lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.  Individuals can exercise their rights, and we will respond to all subject access requests in keeping with UK law.
